[OS X TeX] pdf saved in Preview produces crashes

Howdy,

The short answer is yes! Certain pdf files, that print fine under  
Tiger, seem to crash the print system in Leopard. You can still print  
the files using Adobe Reader. Besides crashing applications you can  
sometimes find a crash log for cgpdftops in /Library/Logs/ 
CrashReporter/.

It appears that the inclusion of certain expert fonts (e.g., real  
small caps) can generate the problem.

I believe Apple knows about this. Hopefully it will be fixed in 10.5.2  
or .3 or ... .
