[OS X TeX] Bad line in gtamacfonts.map (MacTeX)

I just installed MacTeX-20061110. The updmap.cfg in texmf.local/web2c
still contains "Map gtamacfonts.map" at the 193th line.

Is it possible to activate one map line in updmap.cfg just for pdftex,
not for dvips and dvipdfm(x)?
