[OS X TeX] New Packages for Feb 12

Folks,

The following are new

	MacTeX_Additions
	TeXLive-2007
	TeXLiveMTS-2007
	mactex.tar.gz

on

	www.tug.org/~koch/NewPackages.html

The TeXLive material is based on the release of February 12, 2007.  
TeXShop is beta8, fixing
problems with the Spanish version, the LaTeX and Matrix Panels, and  
the Project
Root panel.

Please, let this be the final release.
