[OS X TeX] Short Course in LaTeX

Dear Prof. Gratzer,

I am looking forward to seeing it too!

Just one question (out of curiosity). Why the move away from the  
beautiful Galliard of the earlier edition? Anyway, who makes these  
font decisions? The author or the editor!?
