[OS X TeX] MacTeX - a few questions

i-Installer follows Apple guidelines as permissions are concerned. I  
always repair permissions before and after installing software, and  
never have had any problem with i-Installer, neither with TeXLive2007  
(want to talk about Quark 6? ---12MB of permissions repaired log file!)
