I thought it would be good, already in this task, to copy all values
of part 3 of texmf.cnf from gwTeX texmf.cnf to TeXLive texmf.cnf. All
but two were higher in gwTeX. But I noticed something ---two values
in gwTeX texmf.cnf do *not* appear in TeXLive texmf.cnf:

In TeXLive these parameters only appear in context.cnf.
