[OS X TeX] Memo class or template?

	Hi all,

I'm trying to write a standard memorandum/memo, such as you might
find a template for in MSW or a similar office program. Doesn't need
to look fancy, but it would have To, From, Date, Subject/Re fields at
the top and perhaps a line to separate headers from text. Is there
any such thing that you all have used?

I've done some basic searching but wanted to know if anyone had
already done this, to save duplication of effort.

Best,
-Nathan
