[OS X TeX] Use of nomencl with TeXShop

As far as I can tell from the documentation, that is correct.  I had  
no problem running this minimal example (modified from the one you  
originally sent):

\documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{scrreprt}
\usepackage[ngerman]{babel}

\usepackage[intoc]{nomencl}
\makenomenclature

\begin{document}

\tableofcontents

\nomenclature{$\bar{F}_l(\Omega)$}{Erregerspektrum}

\printnomenclature

\end{document}
