Not to mention a gem I just noticed by rambling through TUG's
interview corner <http://www.tug.org/interviews/>, and which I had
completely missed at the time: an interview of Gerben <http://
www.tug.org/interviews/interview-files/gerben-wierda.html>, perhaps
explaining a bit how and why he was able to put so much effort and
time into providing us freely a TeX distribution for the Mac.
