[OS X TeX] ITeXmac (and Texshop) with gwtex

/usr/texbin is now the relevant path in TeXShop preferences, in the  
"engine" section, I presume (in French it is "moteur"). I do not know  
if it is the same for iTeXMac, but I would say yes.
