Don't report that here, report it to support at barebones.com as they  
may be able to do something about it.

I'm not seeing what you report, although the folding marks will not  
appear on all environments (I believe that is by design). Some  
markers (in the "Functions" menu) may appear twice, once as the  
section title, and once as the label. This is also by design.
