[OS X TeX] Lucida and MathTime installation instructions: (3) Erratum

In the Instructions (1) for Lucida, replace, in the following statement,

> - TexmfLocal is used as a shorthand to the system-wide local texmf  
> tree, namely, for gwTeX and TeXLive, respectively,
>
> 	/usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local
> 	/usr/local/texlive/texmf-local

the two directories by

	/usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.pkgs
	/usr/local/texlive/texmf-local

or, better,

	/Library/TeX/Distributions/gwTeX.texdist/Contents/TexmfLocal
	/Library/TeX/Distributions/TeXLive-2007.texdist/Contents/TexmfLocal

or, even better since this selects automatically the currently active  
distribution,

	/Library/TeX/Distributions/.DefaultTeX/Contents/TexmfLocal
