In Adobe Reader (or Acrobat):

	Preferences > Internet > Display PDF in browser using > [...]

where [...] is a menu presenting all the available plugins (for  
example Adobe Reader (7.x.x), Adobe Reader (8.x.x), Adobe Acrobat 7.0  
Professional (7.0.x)).
