[OS X TeX] texlive: conflict in parskip & memoir

Since I migrated to texlive, I have a conflict between parskip & memoir:

The call to \usepackage[parfill]{parskip} produces the error:
       ! LaTeX Error: Option clash for package parskip.

This call used to work in tetex. Removing the option [parfill] gets  
rid of the error but paragraphs are indented. I don't know if that's  
because of recent changes to parskip.sty or to memoir.cls. The  
conflict does not happen in article.cls. Any ideas for getting rid of  
indentation in memoir?
