[OS X TeX] BibDesk-1.3.1 download fixed

The BibDesk 1.3.1 download problem should be resolved.  If you did not  
download a disk image named "BibDesk-1.3.1a.dmg", please go to http://bibdesk.sf.net/ 
  and download it.  No code has changed, but it's been recompiled and  
repackaged.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
