I'm sorry, but I can't help given I'm not using LyX myself. The only  
resource I'm aware of is the Wiki <http://wiki.lyx.org/Mac/Mac>. The  
page was last updated on 5 January 2007, hence it should be more-or- 
less up-to-date  .

I'm cc'ing the OS X TeX list, maybe people there will know more.
