[OS X TeX] tex files and smart folders

i simply used the finder interface to create it.  here's what it  
comes out as.

	<key>RawQuery</key>
	<string>(kMDItemKind = '*TeX Document*'cd) &&  
(kMDItemContentType != com.apple.mail.emlx) &&  
(kMDItemContentType != public.vcard)</string>
