[OS X TeX] tex files and smart folders

old item
kMDItemContentTypeTree         = ("org.tug.tex", "public.text",  
"public.data", "public.item", "public.content")

new item
kMDItemContentTypeTree         = ("org.tug.tex", "public.text",  
"public.data", "public.item", "public.content")

doesn't change when "touched".
