[OS X TeX] Case Caption Layout

Have you tried looking (on CTAN, etc.) for a class or package that can
do this?  This isn't my specialty, but I'm certain it must've been
done before!

(If all else fails, I suppose you could put it in a table, with all
the plaintiffs' names in one cell, and all the defendants' names in a
cell, and with the 'motion for' text in a cell opposite the 'v'.)
