[OS X TeX] Two Column Float

The BlueBanner picture has an aspect ratio of 5:1. The picture  
environment reserves some space, a rectangle of 210×90 mm². \put  
shifts the picture by 10 mm into the left margin and lets it start at  
the sheet's edge. The picture is scale, keeping the aspect ratio, to  
a height of 80 mm. Above and below this blue banner approximately 5  
mm space are left: half the difference of the reserved space and the  
space actual used.
