[OS X TeX] Updates; Beamer

It is my intention to do this, probably quarterly.

As for Beamer, I have a small (2.4 meg) updater package for TeX Live  
2007 which will update beamer to version 3.07. After some more  
testing, I'll release this, probably tomorrow.
