[OS X TeX] SimpleTeX4ht doest find files

Sorry for my late response, but the above-mentioned minimal example  
produced the same error with not finding the images.

I think it#s because these images are png's and not eps. "htlatex"  
seems to lock for eps files for producing a dvi file - may I am wrong...

When I set the above-mentioned minimal example with pdflatex it's no  
problem.

What could I do for producing html files?
