[OS X TeX] Changing fonts

This is not a simple as it seems.  The standard document classes only 
offer 10, 11 and 12 pt. setups.  Try the extsizes classes, which 
offer 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17 and 20 point setups.  The usage is 
simple, just replace your documentclass line with the corresponding 
ext class:

e.g. \documentclass[17pt]{extarticle}
