[OS X TeX] TeXShop doc icons

I would rebuild the Launch Services registry/database. There are a  
number of GUI utilities that do this (I use MainMenu <http:// 
www.santasw.com/> for this kind of thing, though Cocktail and many  
others will do it), though you can do it from the Terminal. See, for
