[OS X TeX] Remarks about TeX on Leopard

That's right. The simpdftex script was fixed in all MacTeX packages in  
August. At that time, the fix was much more important because TeX and  
Ghostscript typesetting failed in front ends without it.

I'll return to Bruno's important remaining comments after I digest them.
