Yes, the word has been spreading that input managers can be made to  
work under Leopard. See:

As for the other stuff with which Herb is having trouble, neither I  
nor a colleague are seeing any of those issues here (we have been  
running Leopard with TeXShop and the MacTeX distribution since day  
one); one student I know is having trouble with AppleScript Macros in  
TeXShop, so an email to Dick Koch may be in order on that one. There  
error messages he is getting make it look like TeXShop's communication  
with AppleScript is broken, though I am no expert.

I must confess that I don't understand the problem where deleted PDF  
files reappear. Sounds like an October 31 issue to me. :-)
