[OS X TeX] With gwTeX, how to install Bera and Luximono Fonts

Herbert Schulz's reply is far better than any I could give. But  
seeing his advice and thinking how time-consuming enabling several  
fonts can be, I can't help quoting Bruno Voisin's advice from  
September 9:

sudo -H updmap-sys --nohash --nomkmap --syncwithtrees
sudo -H updmap-sys --nohash --nomkmap --enable Map mapfile1.map
sudo -H updmap-sys --nohash --nomkmap --enable Map mapfile2.map
sudo -H updmap-sys --nohash --nomkmap --enable Map mapfile3.map
sudo -H updmap-sys
