[OS X TeX] Problem with tetex/gwtex and fink

Here I have to protest. There is definitely interest, there is a 
discussion that has started, and this will certainly be fixed in due time.

There is a difference in the timescales describing the development of 
such a basic part of Fink on one hand and GWTeX or TeXlive on the other 
hand, caused mainly by the fact that Fink has to worry about the common 
working of more than 7000 packages and not just about one application.
The problem is clearly seen, but so far the right solution has not been 
sighted.
