[OS X TeX] Update to MacTeXtras.

Howdy,

I've updated the MacTeXtras distribution. Aquamacs Emacs is now v1.2,  
Lyx is now at 1.5.2 and Skim is at 0.9.3. The MacTeXtras.dmg should  
be available at a CTAN repository near you.
