[OS X TeX] Leopard's Spotlight now indexes /usr/local

I guess this is a good crumb but i was hoping for more :-(! Sigh...  
Or am I missing something?

I was hoping that the Spotlight Preference Pane would allow a  
permanent search like the Privacy tab but with opposite effect. I  
know that's not there.
