To install Electra as a TeX text font is easy. To make it work in  
math too will cost a lot more time. You might need to find  
substitutes for symbols not in Electra ...

By default math is set in CM. Some packages like fourier, pxfonts,  
txfonts change this default setting.

To check simply set some text containing formula in math and see  
which fonts are contained in the output.
