[OS X TeX] Lucida Bright from Y&Y and TexLive

Just last week I used the directions in the link below to go from old  
floppy images (that I had used on a NeXT) of the Lucida fonts to the  
latest TeXLive distribution under Mac OS 10.4.10.  It worked perfectly.
