[OS X TeX] mtpro2 installation

I had no trouble installing them by putting everything in the  
appropriate directories in:

~/Library/texmf

and then doing the following in the Terminal:

(1) Disable bellek map using:

sudo updmap-sys --disable belleek.map

(2) Enable Math Times Pro map using

sudo updmap-sys --enable Map mtpro2.map
