[OS X TeX] LaTeXiT & Keynote: color management when printing

I use beamer class for LaTeX with different themes. However if I need
to make a print ready version

I just put a switch

\usepackage[handout]{beamer}

and comment out lines with

\usetheme{...}
\usecolortheme{....}
\beamersetaveragebackground{}
