[OS X TeX] With gwTeX, how to install Bera and Luximono Fonts

If the files are in the right places, you have to enter

updmap --enable Map luximono.map

(for example) in the Terminal if the map file for the Luximono font  
is named "luximono.map". Same thing for the bera font (of which I  
know nothing).
