[OS X TeX] .texdist for texlive-2008?

I've downloaded and installed a test release of texlive 2008  
yesterday, and also installed the MacTeX-extras from Richard Koch's  
homepage. One thing I'm missing to get everything working nicely, is  
a .texdist bundle to be placed in /Library/TeX/Distribution, to use  
Jerome Laurens' and Gerben Wierda's mechanism for switching between  
distributions. Could I download this bundle somewhere? Or will it be  
provided in MacTeX when it's finished?
