The truth is that the best option is a professional editor. I claim to  
be an editor but I don't do copy editing, mainly because I'm no good  
at it. I only do structural editing and reading. Strunk and White "The  
Elements of Style" is a must have for any one who writes in English.  
An ad on Craig's List will turn up plenty of offers. MS? What's that?
