[OS X TeX] Upgrading to 2008

Not that I am aware of. All you need to do is download the MacTeX  
installer from:

http://www.tug.org/mactex/

and run it. That will give you TeXLive 2008, as well as a new version  
of TeXShop and several other apps. Note that you can switch between  
the 2007 and 2008 distributions using the TeX Distribution preference  
pane that is installed. You can also update your TeXLive 2008  
installation at any time using tlmgr, which will also be installed.
