Don't see the point myself: I just resize the windows and click on  
the upper hand corner to get rid of the menu bar(s).

What I grieve, though, is not being able to split the preview window,  
let alone have both halves synchronized with the halves of the source.

By the way, my solution is to make a big display with two displays  
side by side.
