[OS X TeX] pdftk on OS X

Hallo -

I have pdftk installed on my Mac (OS X 10.5) and use it to secure  
pdf's with a password and so on (http://www.accesspdf.com/pdftk/). But  
I can't remember how I installed it so I can't tell other Mac-Users  
what to do to get it working.

Does it come with texlive? With OS X? With xpdf from http://users.phg-online.de/tk/MOSXS/xpdf-tools-3.dmg 
  ?
