[OS X TeX] Utopia fonts not found (on 10.5?)

Your PATH environmental variable evidently does not have /usr/texbin  
in it.
You might consider the following commands:

sudo -s
echo "/usr/texbin" >>/etc/paths.d/texbin
exit
