[OS X TeX] \write18 and MacTeX-2007

If you using TeXShop open Preferences > Engine and put ``pdftex
--shell-escape'', ``pdflatex --shell-escape'' instead of usual
versions. If you using from terminal just type ``pdflatex
--shell-escape'' etc
