[OS X TeX] Can SVG produce Tikz?

The subject was correct and I really meant to ask: "Can SVG produce  
Tikz?"

In other words, I already have the SVG code and wish there were an  
easy way to turn it into Tikz code that I could then insert into the  
LaTeX code.
