[OS X TeX] tlmgr GUI

	Hi all,

	When I installed TL 2008, I didn't install the extras, because I  
already had the programs that I use (TexShop, Aquamacs, bibdesk, etc.)  
in their latest versions. But I thus seem to have missed getting the  
GUI version of tlmgr. Is there any place from which I can get this?
