It's easy to find the MAP file fragment(s) with these fonts:

	find ~/Library/texmf/fonts/map /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/
fonts/map -type f -name "*.map" -exec grep 108r {} /dev/null \;

This will name the files and also excerpt a line containing the
string "108r" that is part of the duplicate font names – problems can
arise with files with Mac OS line endings, i.e., only a carriage-
return: the whole file contents could be copied into Terminal.
