You can't possibly have ever spoken to an administrator: They know  
how to contact MS but how could they possibly know who the "guy who  
develops it" is and how to "contact [her/him] directly"

In any case, when they "contact MS", they sure don't want to talk to  
"the guy who develops it" but only to another administrator.
