[OS X TeX] Gracefully removing TeXLive 2007

Hi,

I guessed that I needed not TeXLive 2007 any longer after getting the  
latest. So I just removed the directory /usr/local/texlive/2007. Is  
that the best way to do it? TeXLive-2007 still shows up on my TeXLive  
Distribution panel. I am sure all this was discussed earlier, but can  
someone tell me how exactly to remove it entirely?
