[OS X TeX] .texlive2008

I noticed that ~/.texlive2008, unlike ~.texlive2007, is (correctly)
owned by the user. There seems to be at least one unintended
consequence of this change. Eddie Kphler's otftotfm, which converts
otf fonts to a form usable to pdftex, writes the fonts, the vf, enc,
map and tfm files to the first writable entry in $TEXMF, which by
default is now a subdirectory of ~/.texlive2008. Given the temporary
nature of this directory, it would seem wise to move those files to
either texmf-local or ~/Library/texmf.

Note that this affects otfinst.py, which is frequently used as a front
end to otftotfm.
