Obviously you're using a Perl binary that came without the Tk Perl  
Module! You have three options: add Tk.pm to this Perl distribution,  
point MacPorts' Perl to the place where the Perl Module is (the  
environment variable PERL5LIB can do this job, as in, for example:  
env PERL5LIB=/Library/Perl/5.8.6 tlmgr --gui) or use Apple's Perl.  
Again the env programme can be your friend:

	env PATH=/usr/bin:... tlmgr --gui

ActiveState ActivePerl 5.8.8 works in Mac OS X 10.4.11. (http://
