[OS X TeX] TexShop suddenly can't find pdflatex.fmt (even though it's there)

Gives:
/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/texconfig/tcfmgr
/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/texconfig/tcfmgr.map

Gives:
/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf

Seems strange that it can't seem to find them, even with /usr/texbin now at
the head of the path list.

I do have fmtutil.cnf files, in:
